I'm recognized for building scalable operational systems, leading cross-functional initiatives, and embedding AI-powered tools that make leaders measurably more effective. My work sits at the intersection of executive business management, strategic partnership, operational excellence, and culture - helping organizations scale with calm and clarity.
Through my practice and mentorship work, I partner with founders, executives, and emerging strategic operators to build the structure, communication, and confidence required to operate at the highest level.
Passionate about elevating the administrative profession, I mentor strategic operators at every stage of their careers - helping them recognize their value, expand their executive influence, and step into leadership. As a lifelong learner and early adopter of technology, I continually explore AI tools and emerging systems that simplify workflows and transform the way modern executive partners operate.
Outside corporate work, I'm the founder of Be Still Studio, a certified Meditation Teacher and Reiki Practitioner, and currently completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification. I'm a proud mom - and dog and cat mom to Ollie and Whiskey.
