Flagship project - an AI-powered interactive digital hub for a multi-day international company offsite in Italy. Centralized travel, transportation, accommodations, agendas, events, and real-time updates into one premium attendee experience.

Challenge

Coordinating an international company offsite with multiple attendees, transportation schedules, accommodations, events, deadlines, and ongoing updates - without flooding inboxes or relying on scattered documents.

Solution

Created a centralized digital event hub using Lovable and Claude Projects to provide one source of truth for all attendees. Owned the information architecture, content production, agenda structure, and iteration cycles to deliver a polished, mobile-friendly experience well ahead of arrival. The final site includes an interactive itinerary and agenda, transportation schedules and travel details, hotel and venue information, team dinners and activity details, an embedded music playlist to set the vibe, key reminders and deadlines, and a clean, easy-to-navigate experience that I can update in real time. What I loved most about this project was blending operations, organization, creativity, and technology into something that actually improves the team experience.

Challenge

Executive partners and operators are inundated with new AI tools and don't have time to separate hype from value. There was a clear gap for honest, peer-led reviews grounded in real executive workflows.

Solution

Built a quarterly review platform on Lovable to host themed rounds, tool comparisons, prompts, and takeaways. Designed the brand, structured the content, and ship a new edition each quarter - establishing a recurring, peer-trusted resource and community touchpoint.

Took ownership of Salesforce as the system of record - cleaning data, standardizing fields and processes, building reports and dashboards leadership actually uses, and embedding the platform into weekly operating rhythm.

Spearheaded the launch of the Association of Administrative Professionals mentorship program - building the structure, the matching process, and the ongoing rhythm that supports emerging strategic operators.

The association needed a formal mentorship offering to support members at every career stage, but had no existing framework, application flow, or matching criteria.

Solution

Designed the program from the ground up - guiding principles, application and intake, mentor/mentee matching criteria, communication cadence, and check-in framework. Personally mentors program participants and contributes to ongoing program iteration.

Challenge

Throughout my career - across telecommunications, startups, private equity, and beyond - I have consistently absorbed and owned operational scope that extended well beyond any formal job description. Most recently, when a private equity firm eliminated its dedicated Operations Manager role, full operational continuity fell to me. No backfill. No drop in service. Just execution. Across organizations and industries, I have managed executive support, vendor relationships, facilities, finance operations, travel, and culture - often simultaneously, and always without missing a beat.

New Casa Abril Restaurant Website

Handled Social Media and created the website for New Casa Abril Restaurant until May 25, 2021, when the owners sold the business. Built a cohesive digital brand that attracted diners and strengthened community visibility.

Challenge

The restaurant needed a credible web presence and active social media quickly, without the overhead of a custom build or a dedicated agency. Brand assets, content, navigation, menu presentation, and social content all had to be designed and shipped together.

Solution

Led the project end-to-end on Wix, including information architecture, page layout, copy structure, imagery, menu presentation, contact flow, and mobile optimization. Actively managed Instagram to build audience engagement and local awareness until the business was sold on May 25, 2021.
